Bring us your ideas, goals and images and we’ll work with you to review them and create a working template for your project. All of our initial renderings are shared as a way to communicate and explore ideas; our detailed floor plans and elevations are provided for you once a deposit is received.

When pricing your project we consider design, door style, finish selections and storage upgrades. Unlike other companies we do not base our price upon the size of your kitchen. We tailor our final estimate to your specific choices and we work hard to ensure the estimate we give is fair, thorough and detailed.

Once a design and price is agreed upon, a 50% deposit is paid and your order is placed with the factory. All of the products we work with are custom made and are ordered and fabricated specifically for your project. For a typical project, acknowledgement from the factory arrives within one week; the actual product will ship within 3-8 weeks after the order has been placed. Different manufacturers have different lead times and these will be clearly communicated to you during the design process.

We then work with you and your contractor to coordinate delivery of the product. If your cabinets arrive and your project is not ready for them we’ll be glad to store them until they are needed. Please keep in mind that there may be an additional storage fee for this service.
